Mark Strudwick gets creative with sweet potato

12.03.08-It's my spin on Shepherd's pie, made with sweet potato (with a little nutmeg and cinnamon), ground beef, tomatoes and, for that final kid- friendly touch (NOT) a layer of spinach.

I completely made it up - 'Top Chef' stylee and it was GOOOOOOOOD. Served with multi-colored beans. The kids are completely un-impressed that I made enough so that we have leftovers :)
